transfer from capital airport to domestic flight

Hello, I will be arriving from USA to the Int airport (terminal 3) and supposed to take a flight to Shanghai with two hours time frame. Questions...1. Do I have to take my baggage at PEK or Can I ship direct destination to Shanghai from USA? 2. Do I have enough time to complete all the procedure and catch my flight to Shanghai within two hours? 3. What steps do I need to take after arrival in Beijing? Thanks.
