I want to move Hong Kong, I have a Company offer letter, so what's next procedure for getting visa? Please guide me, it's my heartiest desire to go Hong Kong and to do work there. I shall be very thankful to you..

Hi, if you want to work legally in HK, you should first prepare those documents including copy of passport, a completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, work experience and schooling certificate, and copy of the alien employment permit. Your employer in HK needs to provide the application form, copy of the contract, business certificate, copy of the financial support, and introduction letter of the company. Then, you need to submit the application to Chinese embassy to apply for a HK work visa.
