I am inviting my daughter and aunt( sister of my father-in law), will my aunt be considered as famil

I am inviting my daughter and aunt( sister of my father-in law), will my aunt be considered as family member? can she apply for S2 Visa?

Your daughter can apply for an S2 type, but your aunt cannot. Maybe she can try to apply for a tourist L type for China.
