Airport bus line 2 to South of Xidan Intersection

My traveling plan: get the 7.00am airport bus to South of Xidan Intersection than to Xidan Subway station to Xisi subway station. So the question is :-

1. Is the South of Xidan Intersection near to Xidan Subway station

2. What is the starting time for the rush hour and how bad is it.
