The bus will take you about one hour to get to Xidan. However, it is suggested that you take the shuttle bus Line 2 and get off Dongsishitiaoqiao (东四十条桥) stop. The hotel is located about only 3.5km away from the bus stop, so you could transfer to a taxi to reach there. The cab fare is only 13~15RMB.If you get off at Xidan, the distance will be about 8km.
