Bangladeshi Passport with Japanese Government Scholarship for Ph.D. Want to visit Beijin for 7 days

I am MEXT scholarship holder Bangladeshi national, living in Japan for a year. I have validated Japanese residence card as student. I want to visit Beijing for 7 days to meet my friends of Tsinghua University. I am living in Kobe, Hyogo. What kind of documents and procedures I have to follow?
