About:Year of the Dragon

settle in abroad

hello my DOB is 31-08-88, my husbands' DOB is 16-10-87, and we got married on 23 nov 2016. we are facing worst financial problem nowadays. life is very difficult also. my husband has an interview tomorrow. please suggest if any chance to get select? and also suggest if we can settle in abroad or not?
