About:Internet in China

Can a Chinese citizen read a North American's blog on Blogger on her or his computer?

I'm curious about the answer because every day I have 7 readers from China on my blog. I'm hoping these are truly 7 readers and not just government sites perusing foreign communications.

Do you refer to the Blogger of Google? If yes, Google+ is blocked in China now. In addition, Facebook and Twitter are also under the same situation. For more details, you are advised to consult the staff of the Blogger. Good luck!
