About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

London - Peking - Hong Kong - Shanghai - London

Hi there,
I was wondering if I can make a roundtrip without needing a visa:
London to Beijing, arrive on the 10th of October & fly out on the 13th to Hong Kong
Stay 4 days in Hong Kong
fly to Shanghai, stay 5 days and then fly back to London

Can I do all this wothout a visa?

Yes, that's fine, assuming you are on non-stop flights and you are in Beijing for less than 72 hours (scheduled arrival time to scheduled departure time).
