Where is the nearest place to return beijing smart card?

Hello,

While we can get the card from almost everywherre, it seems to be way more difficult to return it. I am going to leave the city through the South railway station; where should I go to get my refund? The fact is that i need the card to get to the station! Any suggestions? Thank you.
