About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

Where is the nearest place to return beijing smart card?

Hello,

While we can get the card from almost everywherre, it seems to be way more difficult to return it. I am going to leave the city through the South railway station; where should I go to get my refund? The fact is that i need the card to get to the station! Any suggestions? Thank you.

Don’t worry, as I know. There is a service center in the basement of South station, where you can return the card and get your refund. BY the way, it’s available from 8:30 to 19:30.
