About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

USA to PVG to Hong Kong to PVG to USA

I'm traveling from USA to PVG Oct 2nd then traveling from PVG Oct 5th to Hong Kong then back to PVG on Oct 6th and then from PVG Oct 7th to JFK USA. Do I qualify for 144hr free transit.
