You should prepare the required documents including copy of passport, the filled-out application form, 2 passport-style photos, bank statement, hotel reservation, flight itinerary and travel plan.0

As I know, you cannot enjoy free entry to Macau. So you need to prepare above mentioned requirements to apply for Macau visa on arrival for the day trip.0
