Total cost to travel From Papua New Guinea to Yantai Airport

Please, I would like to know the total cost and the direction to travel from Papua New Guinea to Binzhou Medical university

Take Shuttle Line 1 from the airport to Yueting Hotel and then transfer to Bus Line 23 to Binzhou medical college, yantai campus. It takes about 2 hours to get and the bus fare is CNY21.
