About:China Private Visit Visa

visa S1 for work

I have S1 type. And I am going for as we know S1 for family and work and I am Egyptian.. So I've read the requirements but point No. 5 ... Original and a photocopy of certification such as a marriage certificate, birth certificate, certification of kinship issued by the Public Security Bureau (or notarized certification of kinship) showing their immediate family relationship.<< which I don't have cause its for work not for family .. So any clarification please ?

Hi, if you want to work in mainland China legally, you need to apply for a work Z type instead of S1 type.

I m sorry I have visa X1 not S1
But I got it through travel agent .. And I am going according to Aiesec organization..
I am in situation here my flight is so soon .. Which not allow me to apply for another visa now .. So how can I save the situation in china ... An I will bring my college certificate in English .. I need solution now .. Any advice please?

Your X1 type will allow you to enter mainland China, but you are not allowed to work under X1 type. After your entry, if you want to work, you can try to convert your current student X type to a work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, you can stay and work in there, and don't need to leave China.
