About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I get a Chinese Visa from a different country to my nationality???

HELP!!!
I'm trying to obtain a Chinese entry permit for a short trip to Beijing. I'm currently in Kuala Lumpar, Malaysia. When I went to the embassy there they said there is a new rule where I would have to travel back to the UK to get an enter permit. This is not an option and I have already booked return flights to Beijing from KL.
Anyway or ideas how to get an entry permit!!!!!!!
Do other country's provide Chinese visas e.g. Singapore?
Thank you

Hi, I’m afraid it is rather difficult for you to get it from Singapore because temporary visitors in there are usually advised to make the application in their home country. You should find a travel agency to see if it can help you make the application from other places.
