Reservation ticket for Simatai / Gubei Water Town

Hello, I just reserved my ticket on the official website I wanted to know at what time should we arrive to get the ticket. I have seen that the ticket office opens at 10am, but is there the queue ? Should we arrive earlier, like 9am for example ?
