About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Dual nationality UK and Pakistan visa of destination country is on Pakistan passport

I have dual nationality UK and Pakistan, visa of destination country is on Pakistani passport. Do I have eligibility for 72 hour free transit if use Pakistani passport at check-in when starting the journey.

You cannot. When checking in for China, you must use your British passport, otherwise you will be recognized as a Pakistani who requires a transit visa.
