About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Confirmed flight ticket is Beijing to Hong Kong. Am I eligible for a 72-hour free transit?

I'm an Italian citizen going to fly Milan (Italy) to Beijing. After some 60 hours I'll fly on to Hong Kong, where as a UE citizen I don't need a visa. I suppose I am eligible for a 72-hour free transit . Is that correct? Thank you very much. Paolo
