Hi, I am Armenian citizen, received political asylum in the US, my green card application is still in process. I have US-issued travel document and a valid Armenian passport. Can I apply for HK entry permit in Los-Angeles? How long is entry permit processing time? Thank you for your answer.

Hi, it's possible for you to get apply for HK entry permit from relevant China embassy or the consulate in the USA. It usually takes four working days for the processing. But it will need 4 to 6 weeks for the application process if your the application will be transferred to HK immigration department.
