You need to get the certificate of no marriage from your country. You should first get it notarized by the local notary public and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country; and then go to the embassy of China to get that attested; the required documents include your passport and its copy, the application form for attestation, and your no marriage certificate and the copy, translation of the original no marriage certificate and the copy, and other required documents. To get married in China, both of you and your boyfriend need to provide passport or Chinese ID, visa or residence permit in China, and a single status certificate. Then, you can register your marriage in China's Civil Affairs Bureau.
