indian passport holder transiting through beijing

Question

I and my wife are Indian citizens holding indian passports. We are arriving at Beijing at early morning from USA by Air China and leaving for India by Air China in the evening with a lay over of 14hrs 50 minutes. Can we avail of the TWOV ? How long it will take to visit the great wall and forbidden city starting from airport and back? What facility is available to take this tour?

Hi, you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing. You can find some good suggestions or preferable tours on this website. Maybe it will take you 8 to 9 hours in total for that. Just for reference.
