About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

What type of passes should I apply?

I'm married with a china nation in china, in order for me to stay in china with my Husband, what type of passes should I apply? I'm a Malaysian and a business women in Singapore and a permanent resident in Singapore

You can try to apply for a Q type for that from the CVASC in Singapore.
