About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

US Citizen with 12 hour layover in PEK

I'll have a 12 hour layover on an upcoming trip and was wondering if I have any issues with obtaining that 24 hour direct transit?

Hi, if you will go to a third country or region different from the last one you come from after transiting in Beijing, you will be eligible for the 24 hr direct transit in there. No need to worry!
