About:China Transit Visa

Pakistani passport transit for 16 hours

I am holding Pakistani passport and my layover time is 16 hours. Do I need to apply for visa? Airchina will give the night stay in hotel or not for this longer stay?

Yes, you need to apply for it because you are not eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in China. You can call the airline to ask if they will give the night stay in hotel.
