What documents do i need to submit to the local  security bureau in Qingdao   if i want to apply for a temporary residence permit? My wife is a chinese national and i  am a south african , we have a marriage certificate from St. Thomas US Virgin islands , Do i need to notarize or authenticate the marriage certificate before i submit it to the public security bureau in Qingdao ?
