About:Tiger Leaping Gorge (Hutiao Gorge)

We only have 1 full day to spend at the Tiger Leaping Gorge.

But is it possible to do a 1 day trek of the upper part of the hike?
And how is it best to do this? Is one route better than others?
And is it easy to arrange a day trip from Lijiang?

Don’t worry, one day is enough. Since you would like to hike in the upper part, you are suggested to take a bus from LJ Bus Station to Hutiaoxia Town, also known as Xiaqiaotou Town.
