About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Singapore - Shanghai - Hong Kong

Hi there,
I am French citizen residing in Singapore.
I am flying to Shanghai on Sep 26th afternoon and leave on the 29th afternoon to Hong Kong, then back to Singapore on Oct 1st. Am I eligible for the transit visa?
