Can I tour out Shanghai?
This is my case
- if I have a layover for 9 hours in Shanghai Pu Dong PVG airport from the Philippines going to Vancouver, Canada with a Canadian permanent resident visa and a Philippine passport, will you let me tour out Shanghai City within that layover ?
