About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Zealand - Hong Kong - Shanghai - Hong Kong

I will be flying from new Zealand to Hong Kong arriving at 2200 and will overnight at Hong Kong airport and fly to shanghai next morning. I will be staying in Shanghai four 4 days and then fly back to Hong Kong with overnight stay and then next morning to London. Can I qualify for the 144 hour free transit in shanghai

HK-Shanghai-HK is obviously not transit, so no.
