Do I need a Visa

Hello I hold a Green Card and a Antigua and Barbuda passport. We are heading from NY to Chiang Mai Thailand with layovers in Guangzhou and Beijing less than 3hrs each. Do I need an entry permit for this transit? I leave October 16th 2017

Quincy, you don't need it for you can enjoy 24 hour direct transit in mainland China. Nice trip!
