About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Can I apply in a different African country. If yes then what are the processes?

I'm a Ghanaian and I applied for a student visa to study in China, but I was refused. please.

Hi, I'm afraid you cannot do that in a different African country. You should make the application in the country where you lawfully reside.
