About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying from BKK-PEK-YYZ

Hi. We will be flying from Bangkok to Beijing on a Tuesday next April. Leaving 2 days later on a Thursday for Toronto. What is needed for entry to Beijing? We will be taking a tour of the great wall too.

Geoff, you will qualify for the 72 hour free transit in Beijing. No visa will be required then. You need to inform the airlines that you want to use the free transit in Beijing when you board the plane Bangkok.
