How do we get through visa-free 72 hour control?  Then get to hotel shuttle area.

You need to fill in the Arrival Card onboard and your airlines will onward your case to the airport. After landing, go to the immigration counter to get a stay permit. Then go for security check and collect baggage. Then follow the guiding signs to find the shuttle area.
