Don’t worry, you can stay in the Hourly Lounge in the basement of the airport where you can take a shower and freshen up.

Hi,
For this lounge, is the location before or after the immigration/custom? I mean, if I am transiting at the airport and without passing immigration/custom, can I reach the lounge? My passport requires me to have a transit visa, which I do not have enough time to apply and my transit is 12 hours.

Don’t worry, it’s near the subway station in basement of the Waiting Hall and you don’t need a visa to go there.

Hi Kayla, Thank you for the answer. However, I am a bit confused by your answer. If you are saying the lounge is near to subway, my "normal-airport" understanding is you need to pass immigration/custom/security first for you to get to a subway that will take you to any place outside of the airport. Correct me if I am wrong. Sorry for asking this because this will be my first time transiting at this airport and for Malaysian, we need to apply for transit visa if we need to pass immigration.
Also, when you said waiting area, do you mean departure waiting area? If you are referring the waiting area before the security/immigration, then I do need a visa to get to the lounge.

Sorry, I just made a mistake. You need a transit visa to go to the lounge. Since you don’t have enough time, you are suggested to have a rest in the area for your next flight. I think there are some chairs and water provided but no lounge available.
