we are flying xiamen airlines to xiamen in china, can we buy duty free liquor for consume in china?

we are flying from Vancouver to the city. Does the airlines sell duty free on the plane? Can you buy duty free liquor at the airport once you land.

Yes, you can buy it and the store is near the No. 8 and No.9 Transit Hall in International Quarantine Zone.
