About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit at PVG for 144 hours free transit

Can I fly Dubai - PVG (receipt of transit 144 hours) - TAO - PVG (stayying in China for 96 hours) - ICN - Dubai?

No because you have more than one stop in China and that limits you to a maximum 24 hours transit, unless you have a visa.
