Can i exit from china without applying for resident permit ??

As I entered in china on 27 august 2017 on student X validity of 3 months but now i wanna to go back to many country due to some family issues so now i wanted to exit from china and i did not applied for resident permit yet can i exit from china now??
Kindly need your suggestions...
