How to get visa for use Hong Kong to Nepal flight for Nepali citizens

I am working in macau and I am going for vacation to Nepal so how to apply and where to apply in macau to get the Hong Kong entry permit

Anil, first, you need to provide copy of passport, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, residence permit in Macau, proof of your financial support, transportation and accommodation arrangement, and your travel itinerary. Next, submit the application to office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in Macau.
