Hi,
According to a travel agency, the Chinese consulate in Istanbul is not granting Tourist L types for China since this year, only working Z. Is this possible? I am Peruvian and have a residence permit in Istanbul. Can I travel as a tourist to a European country and get the visa there? Thank you very much in advance.
