About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Peruvian living in Istanbul

Hi,
According to a travel agency, the Chinese consulate in Istanbul is not granting Tourist L types for China since this year, only working Z. Is this possible? I am Peruvian and have a residence permit in Istanbul. Can I travel as a tourist to a European country and get the visa there? Thank you very much in advance.

Hi, based on what I know, it's possible for you to apply for a Chinese tourist L type from the CVASC in Turkey as long as you can meet all requirements. You can give it a try! If you still have doubts, you can call the CVASC to confirm that. TEL: +90（212）3058000
