About:China Visa

From Singapore to Seoul transit in Chengdu for 12hours

I am a Malaysian taking Air China from Singapore to Seoul , do I need to have a visa for transiting in Chengdu Airport for 12 hours? Do I need to go through immigration for transit ?

Yes, you need it because you cannot enjoy 24 hr direct transit in mainland China, and you need to go through the immigration for that.
