About:Beijing Capital Airport T2

Is both Garuda and Air France in the same terminal?

If I wanted to connect to Air France do I need to go through immigration or collect my bags?

Yeah, both of them are at T2. If holding through ticket to transfer from international to international, you have to go through the immigration transfer desk, but it is no need to reclaim your baggage.
