am a nigerian citizen living in ireland, i have the garda stamp 4 which allows me residence in ireland, i will be going to china with some of my friends on tourism, pls how do i apply as a tourist visa, my other friends are irish citizens.pls i need your help and response urgentlythank mrs adebowale
