About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Third Country - Spain - PVG - UK possible

Is it possible to fly from Madrid (Spain) to Shanghai, apply for the 144 hours free transit and return to london (UK)? Both Countries are with in the European Union

No, because that won't be transit at all.
