About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am flying DPS - KL - Shanghai (144 hours) - Shenzhen - BKK

Is it okay when leaving Shanghai that my flight to BKK has a 20 hour layover in Shenzhen?
Thank you

It's not okay. You can't have 144 hours free transit in Shanghai if you have another stop in China.
