san francisco to kunming via shanghai pudong & hongqiao airports.

Question

visiting Kunming via Shanghai Pudong & Hongqiao airports from San Francisco by China Eastern Airlines. Whether direct boarding pass & registered baggage arranged upto Kunming from San Francisco airport? Whether airport transfer between Shanghai Pudong and Shanghai Hongqiao airports will be arranged by China Eastern Airlines? If not, how to get transferred from one airport to another? what is the distance between these two airports? I will have only 4 hours time for layover/changeover as per ticket issued by airlines.

Hey, you will get both boarding passes at San Francisco and it is no need to collect luggage at Shanghai. Just go and pick up at Kunming. As I know, the Eastern Airline doesn't arrange the transfer between Shanghai Airports. You can take pudong shuttle bus line 1 or subway line 2 to Hongqiao. The bus takes around an hour and the subway takes around 90min. Generally, your time can be enough for the transfer. Relax!
