About:China Work Visa

After finishing bachelor degree can a foreigner work?(excluding Trade free zone)

I am currently doing my bachelor degree. I will graduate next year by June. The company I am doing my internship wants to give me a permanent offer. Since the company is not in Trade free zone, will that be a problem? What will be the best way to apply for my visa?

Robin, if you can apply for a work Z type, you can work in mainland Chine legally. No need to worry!
As for the work Z type, you should first prepare the relevant documents including your passport and its photocopy, the application form, 2 passport-style photos, and alien work permit. The inviting entity will get the work permit for you. Next, submit the application to the Chinese embassy.
