is it enough time for me to transfer fm t3 to t2 within 4hrs?

I am schedule to arrive Beijing Capital Airport T3 @ 1450. Connecting domestic flight at T2 @ 1935. Is it enough time for me to take the airport shuttle bus fm T3 to T2 in this case? Btw, I will be traveling in January which is winter time. Would there be any implication and longer time required? How long is the traveling time fm T3 to T2?

Oh, your time is totally enough for this transfer. The waiting time won't be much longer in winter; however, the flight is likely to be cancelled due to bad weather. To travel from T3 to T2, it takes around 10min by shuttle bus, and you may also need to wait for the bus for 5min or so.
