About:Hong Kong Airport Express

We are flying Virgin Australia to Melbourne departing 7.50 pm after disembarking cruiseship at 8am

can we check in our luggage at Kowloon Station in the morning while we tour Hong Kong before catching the train to the airport?

Yes, it is feasible. The check-in service in downtown is available from 90min to one day before the departure of your flight.
