I know I qualify for the 144 hour visa but Virgin airlines don't give any advice

I know your advice says that the carrier will give the "Arrival Card For Temporary Entry Foreigners" and I should let them know when checking in that I want the visa BUT when I called Virgin, they don't know what I am talking about HELP!!
