Transfer process on a Virgin ticket London to New Zealand?
I am arriving on a Virgin flight from London then transferring to a Air New Zealand flight to Auckland all ticketed through from London on Virgin flight codes. Do I need to collect or identify my luggage as part of the transfer process or do I just visit the transfer desk. I am flying upper class. Any advice recommendations regarding lounges. Thanks in advance.
